"For the big amount of money we have paid for the stay we are very disappointed. Your hotel is not in good order and no maintenance is done since it was built. The jacuzzi didn’t work, the kids club is dirty and many things are broken. Mini golf not working, air condition in the room not working. The hotel is located in a quiet side street in the middle of the ancient city just off of the major pedestrian street of Remin Road with its many eateries, shops and bars. For folks not familiar with the ancient city, the hotel may be a challenge to find. But not to worry, the hotel staff will work with you to find your destination. My wife and I highly recommend this place."
