The location is close to old town with all the shopping and eateries. The hotel has a good vibe and is somewhat comfortable. People at the desk were very friendy. However: Our scheduled transport to the train station, one hour away, was a complete failure on behalf of the staff. The driver did not arrive and the substitute was arrogant and left us stranded in a heavy downpour among perilous traffic. The staff were trying hard to help, but because they didn't speak any English it didn't always lead to the desired result. The rooms are lovely. At the beginning I was upgraded to a superior room with a lovely bathroom, but because it was cold, the AC wasn't able to heat it sufficiently I preferred the second room.
