The staff were trying hard to help, but because they didn't speak any English it didn't always lead to the desired result. The rooms are lovely. At the beginning I was upgraded to a superior room with a lovely bathroom, but because it was cold, the AC wasn't able to heat it sufficiently I preferred the second room.
