"Room was comfortable. A/C is locked in on specific temp while isn’t cool enough for even the coldest people. The TV connection is shawty at best, also received a strained phone call from the customer service desk in regards to if we had any issues subsequently as our TV was not connecting to our apps, as if the room were bugged, and they were listening in, although that may seem crazy I would not put it past them. The overall atmosphere is very mixed with a very diverse crowd. The food was so par at best the best thing was in the elite club restaurant, the Seabass. The morning breakfast buffet was also very tasty, but also became very boring overall probably would not stay in the same place if I went back to Cancun."
