"+Hotel is new and beautiful. Staff was excellent throughout. +Room cleaned thoroughly daily. +Six pools spread the guests out- always able to find nice loungers with umbrellas. +Kids mostly in the kiddy pools. +Adults only pool on 6th floor with excellent ocean view. Location- closer to the Airport, so less commute time. -Lobby was noisy. -Specialty Restaurants- food not so special. Best restaurant- "Kulinary". Also, the Hacienda buffet restaurant was very good for variety for breakfast/lunch."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated how clean, comfortable, and spacious the suite was. The room was well maintained and provided plenty of space to relax. The staff were one of the highlights of my stay. A special thank you to Francisco at El Botanero, Philippe at the Pool/Swim-Up Bar, and Raphael at Check-In/Check-Out. They were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service that made my experience more enjoyable. One area that could definitely be improved is the entertainment and activities. There were not enough activities or entertainment options throughout the day and evening. Adding more pool activities, games, live entertainment, music, shows, or other organized events would make the resort experience much more enjoyable, especially for guests staying several days. The clean and spacious accommodations and wonderful staff were definite positives. With more entertainment and activities available for guests, the resort could provide an even better all-inclusive vacation experience."
