"Everything about the hotel was superb: we chose a Privilege room and didn’t realise how many benefits came with it - we would definitely recommend it. Alan, our butler, was amazing and Carlos at the Privilege restaurant was the best! The bed was so comfy, food was excellent, staff were faultless - we can’t wait to come back!"
