The hotel is in a good location, quite central. The staff are friendly and helpful.
On arrival I was told there is a nightclub below the hotel and it turned out to be under my room. They did offer to let me find another property but as I was only in Almaty for a couple of days it wasn't worth it. They did give me ear plugs that helped quite a bit. The nightclub is open every night and was very noisy through until 5am.
