"Our room was ready for check-in rm 122. The shut window let alot of noise in from busy road. Pillows arent the comfiest. The breakfast was good, nice selection, hot english breakfast and tasty crispy bacon. My night was disturbed at 1.30am-2.30am by noisy guests slamming door and arguing loudly so it disturbed my sleep and didnt then feel safe. The car park is £5 surcharge which should just be added to the hotel booking cost as where else does one park! Location is good, near to spa and decent restaurants."

"The room for three of us was big enough, and also spacious parking space. The staff were kind and helpful. Convenient location. Reasonable price. Overall, very good!"

"Lovely Swimming pool and jacuzzi me and my Kids enjoyed our stay. Restaurant was a nice Atmosphere with great food. The breakfast was lovely very nice and clean area space. Unfortunately on arrival The Receptionist was abruptly rude and very unfriendly which i did address her about. The very rude Unfriendly Receptionist let down the ratings i give this hotel. "

"This is an immaculately clean, functional hotel with no frills, which met all of our needs and served us very well. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We stayed 2 nights and the room wasn’t serviced in that period - something to be aware of - but fresh towels etc are available on request. Staff were excellent throughout. Parking was plentiful and was an extra charge ( £5 per night) - entirely reasonable. All in all, outstanding value for money and would definitely stay there again. "

"Room was clean and I had a really good sleep! Everything else was great. Apart from one member of staff, who wasn’t rude but wasn’t welcoming on arrival and I felt as if I was bothering him when I asked a couple of questions. Not someone I would wasn’t to work front of house. That’s why I gave 4 stars."
