"The house was oversized for just the 4 of us but we had great weather and the water was within walking distance. I didn’t like that the tvs required using our own streaming codes and couldn’t figure out how to do it but we weren’t there the watch tv so it was a minor issue. Alll in all 4 thumbs up 👍."

"The house reminded us of the set of Murder She Wrote, replete with fine antiques, vintage artwork, and beautiful woodwork. The house had a mysterious vibe and mystery of days of yore. Lots of stairs if you are concerned for youngsters or elderly. The kitchen is tiny, but adequate. Loved the dining room.The beds were good, but we had to hunt for linens. The lights flickered a lot. We contacted the owner and he responded."

"Extremely clean place, all the amenities were there, short walk to Long Sands Beach (which has restrooms), short drive(s) to shopping, Nubble Light, etc. BTW, Dunne's Ice Cream, close to Nubble Light, is best ever. Mike was a great host, checked in with us before we got there, and encouraged any communication during our stay. A perfect place, would do it again. Thanks Mike!"

"The house was amazing and perfect size, however who ever cleans the place between visits does a horrible job. Half a roll of toilet paper in bathroom, no paper towels, trash cans had no bags in them, floors covered with sand, blankets smelled and had chocolate on them, had to search for the remotes under the couch and found food under it, dish washer full of dirty dishes and when I ran it it poured water all over the floor, trash barrels and recycling full under the deck. "Very cozy cottage for an individual or couple. Located in a larger vacation cottage neighborhood. Easy immediate access to Short and Long Sands beaches on foot or by car. Pleasant area to walk and enjoy beautiful ocean vistas as soon as you leave the complex. About a mile walk to Nubble Lighthouse. A lot of other awesome opportunities to sightsee, dine, explore nearby. Interior clean, bright and well stocked. Beach inspired. Enjoyed my stay."

"We visit Maine every year, and this is the first time we decided to stay a little further south. Wow what an experience! You can see Nubble Lighthouse from the front living room all day (and night) long. Partner that with beaches, shopping, and anything you could need writhing 15 minutes of driving and this is a true winner! The hosts are so accommodating and friendly.
