"Cleanliness and service is excellent. Staff is helpful and polite. Would be very good if room can be slighly bigger for 3 adults. Bath shower is very good with strong water pressure. WC is state of the art and you'd had a hard time adjusting back to a normal one. Hotel is right at the centre of action."

From hooking us up with wonderful tours, getting taxi to the door and making sure they knew where we were going, and on the first night there helping us recover a cell phone left on the airport public bus. The quiet competence of all the staff, the good restaurants and room service and very comfortable rooms made the trip to Seoul easy and fun for all."
