Dormy Inn Gangnam is located within walking distances to a few lines, making it super accessible. Many dining options around as well. Fantastic buffet breakfast and the free Yakisoba in the evening is a nice touch. Will stay here again when in Seoul.

Loved the tiny little perks like free ice cream and yoghurt BUT NOTHING WAS MADE AVAILABLE IT WAS SO LIMITED THAT WE COULDNT EVEN ENJOY IT. AND WE PAID SO MUCH FOR A NIGHT. NOT SURE WHY PEOPLE WILL CLIMB SUCH A STEEP HILL TO STAY HERE.

Excellent stay at Dormy Inn

Love the experience in this hotel. Service is excellent. The breakfast was fabulous and looked forward to it each morning. The free evening supper was a bonus.

Still thinking about this star property. Absolutely loved this hotel- so clean, quiet, and appreciated the daily sauna and free ramen service in the evening. Was able to communicate with the front desk in English easily, and they helped make our stay comfortable. Also super convenient location- near two major stations and bus stops as well as both 7-11 and CU Mart very close by via walking (if you know, you know)! Quiet and clean spot in Gangnam. They also included daily free coffee downstairs (very good) and appreciated the free umbrellas available for the rainy days. 100% recommend!

Steep steep slope. There’s a steep ascend of 10 mins everytime you return to this hotel. I recommend taking the taxi if you want to skip the crazy slope. 7-11 is just across, and the bus terminal station is nearby. There’s a food street if you walk down the slope. Like every Dormy Inn branch, there’s free ice lollies and yogurt drinks at certain time belts but we never got to try them because they ran out very quickly. Rental pillows were all gone. The public bath was full at 1am. Madness. Also they placed the ice machines outside the smoking rooms, I don’t know why but it’s not very conducive and there are folks allergic to smoke. We had to keep going down to the first floor for ice (it’s summer and we were dying from the 36-deg heat). Overall okay, but if we are paying this price to stay in this hotel, we definitely will expect a lot more.

日本でも利用させていただいてるドーミーインと同じクオリティです。 受付のスタッフさんは日本語話してくださるしとても親切です。 ロビーにwowpass機械もあるのでこれも便利。 ロビーには14時から利用できるコーヒーサーバあります。 お水は他の時間帯でも飲むことができました。 お部屋がとても広くてそしてキレイ。 お風呂も広くてトイレはお風呂と一緒ですが、洗面所が外なので広く感じました。 大浴場がほんと気持ちよくて夜も朝もお世話になりました。 韓国行くならまたドーミーインを利用したいです。

日本でドーミーインを利用したことが何度かあり、その時のサービスをそのまま韓国でも体験できたと思います。 日本語が通じることの安心感はもちろん、ホテル内で不便に感じることはありませんでした。 ただ、立地的に坂の上にあるため、新論峴駅からキャリーケースを持って登ることはなかなかハードなため、ソウル市内のバスを利用して乗り切りました。
