Staff was friendly and very helpful. Understood our needs and proficient in English. They provided valuable guide to many of our questions. The rooms are clean and appropriate size compared to many other local hotels. Location is good as it is within walking distance to the train station, eateries and shopping centre. Overall, we are very happy with the hotel.

Bed was comfortable and room was spacious by Japanese standards and included a small dining table. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A few relatively minor things keep it from 5 stars. Faint smell of smoke in the building because there are smoking rooms. Can't use the shower and the bathroom sink at the same time as water can only be routed to one or the other. Fridge in room was not very cold and could not be adjusted.

客室のフロア全体が暗いことや、部屋のシャワーが狭いこと以外には不満ナシ。大浴場が快適で、清掃が入らない日のドリンクサービスも他のビジネスホテルと比べると太っ腹。チェックインが遅いのもありがたい。また泊まりたいです

川崎市役所の近く、周りは住宅地、という立地なので、昼夜ともに静かでした。多くはありませんが、飲食店・コンビニもあり、不自由は感じませんでした。落ち着いて過ごしたい方にはおすすめだと思います。
