"The staff was absolutely amazing! They were generous and patient with us as we communicated throughout the stay. The breakfast was phenomenal as well. The only problems were that we were upgraded to the executive suite and were plagued by the sound of moving chairs all day from the executive lounge above. This woke us up every morning. There was also the issue of a lack of English cc for the television or non news channels for English speakers. This was an inconvenience, but not a serious issue....
