Everything about this hotel is perfect to the core. Extremely immaculate attended by staff that pays extreme attention to details. The room’s decor is haute couture to the extent that there is no room for less than perfection. Hygienic, aesthetic, and fantastic.

We had an amazing stay at Sofitel Seoul. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The hotel was beautiful, elegant and updated - we stayed in the lake view family suite and the view from our window was just breathtaking. My kids loved looking out the full length windows at the city skyline and lake view each morning. The staff even helped to make my other toddler’s sofa bed extra comfy so he slept wonderfully our entire stay there. Loved all the Diptyque bath amenities as well. The indoor kids’ playroom on 5F was also such a great perk to have to let our kids burn off their remaining energy after dinner and before bed. Proximity to Lotte World Mall and Adventure Park was amazing. Concierge was great and so helpful in booking a large airport taxi that fit all our luggage! We will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip to Seoul.

Very helpful staff and granted us late check out till 1 pm. Location is good with parks and shopping mall near by. Restaurants downstairs are in the same building but need to change elevator. The view from the room is good. Breakfast buffet is OK but coffee and tea need ask staff instead of self serving.

I had an exceptional stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The entire property is very well kept and beautifully maintained, with modern, updated spaces and amazing amenities. Everything was extremely clean, from the common areas to my room, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. My room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff members were consistently kind, courteous, professional, and accommodating, which made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality options. I also ordered room service and was very impressed by how quickly and efficiently it arrived, as well as the quality and presentation of the food. The location is perfect, convenient and well situated for exploring Seoul and getting around the city. Between the excellent service, cleanliness, amenities, dining, and location, the hotel exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again during my next trip to Seoul!

Super hotel, highly recommend. Just in front of Seokchon lake where the cherry blossoms were in full bloom (April 1). Bit of a trek to the airport and central areas, but convenient for shopping and access to Gangnam. Worth it for the size of the room, pool and price point.
