"I really loved my room that had a balcony overlooking the river! The staff were incredibly kind and efficient, and I love the fact that you could get discounted tickets to the old town Hot Springs, and just walk there as it was right across the street… I will be back!"

"Arches on Oak is truly a great place to stay. Beautiful views from the large front windows. It is clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of good glasses,plates and silverware. The location is excellent as very close to downtown restaurants and shops. Kid friendly with games,toys and foosball. Look forward to staying here again."

"The property was ideal, perfectly located for walks to the river, shops, coffee, rodeo and the library. Every amenity was available to cook meals, prepare for a day out or cuddle up and stay in. We would absolutely stay in this property again!"

"Excellent downtown location!!! Walk to restaurants, Rodeo, river, Main Street shops, Core Trail, Saturday street market, etc.View of the creek from the main living area.Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were VERY comfortable and I stayed there for a month!I didn’t use the fireplace because July was a very warm month. I greatly appreciated the A/C.There were lots of stairs so Im not sure that would work for small children. It was nice to have the bedrooms separated by two floors. Ideal for 2 couples or family with older kids.It was nice to have a garage but a car is not really needed in this location.I had a couple of questions for the management and they responded right away. I was super impressed with that. I had neighbors on each side of me and never really heard them.I was told there may be construction very near. I heard it a couple of times but it was infrequent and really never too bad. And I was there for an entire month. I would recommend this place. I was sad to leave."
