The property was very nice with a lot of amenities available. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Having a kitchen was wonderful for us and the property is also dog friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. I somehow missed there is a daily resort fee but other than that everything was great.

The property was in a very great area of Steamboat close to downtown. The pool and workout area were nice. My only feedback is that the rooms could use some renovation. The carpet was stained, the pain was chipping, and the shower was confusing.

Have stayed at another Legacy property in steamboat multiple times in the past and this particular unit last year. Road/driveway up to unit on High Point is really rough and not particularly inviting. Thought it might be repaved since last yr. Bldg is old and could use some updating but our unit had very clean bathrooms and bedding. Everything worked. Hard floors did need a good mopping. Front desk and other staff super friendly and helpful. Priced reasonably so will continue to stay when visiting steamboat.

The custom service was great once I was able to get someone on the phone. Ask the staff was amazing. The only thing was they dont have some one at the front desk 24/7 they do close for a certain period so make sure you plan ahead for early/late check in. As they do have lock boxes so you can still check in early/late.

I've stayed here before and I knew it was dated, but it's borderline rundown now. We had to switch rooms due to ac not working and both rooms had very stained carpets. Even in the hallways, the carpet looks original and like it's 40+ yrs old. Very musky smell... I actually went and bought a glade plug in for the room. I like the property and location. i just hope they do some upgrades or I may need to stay somewhere else next time.

The staff were nice. We were excited by the close hot springs and the property details the hot springs appear to be out the back. That was not the case they were 29 miles away. Also the ice machines were not present or working. The vending machines were not working either.

Our room was not available until 6:30. In our room the a/c worked in bedroom but not the living area, on two days where it got up to 90 degrees. Very often there was nobody at the front desk when help was needed. It was clean.

The staff is wonderful. We stayed in a loft room that was clean and cozy. Great views. And an evening in the hot tub and pool was a treat.
