Beautiful new property in Steamboat. We had three families staying and our stay was absolute perfection. Clean rooms, amazing staff, close to grocery and restaurants. The bar/restaurant onsite was awesome! We ended up hanging out there all evening. Our bartenders were the BEST! We will definitely be back! My only small complaint is they charge $15 to park on their property in their parking lot. Seems kind of silly, where else would we park? They don't offered valet or garage parking so no need for a charge for parking. Other than that, we loved our stay!

The hotel is new, so most things are clean and in good working order. They still have some punch list items that need to be complete. One of the two elevators was also out during our entire stay. All the staff, except the guys running the lounge, are well trained and help.

The hotel was brand new. No one had stayed in our room before us. The entire hotel and the staff were wonderful. Great location for us. We wish them all the best for the upcoming ski season.

The hotel was clean as was our room and the bedding was very comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The one gripe I have is that they charged like $14 a day to park the car. There wasn’t any mention of a parking fee on the reservation, and although it was noted on the parking placard they give you for your dashboard, I didn’t even notice it until we check out. I thought the placard was just to indicate that you were authorized to park there. There’s plenty of parking so I was shocked to see that they charged us for it.

Excellent hotel and service. Hot tubs need to be hotter, pool was freezing, and a bunch of little kids in their underwear running around the pool. The breakfast was good but staff was HORRIBLE at keeping it stalked with food!!! Ran out half way through and couldn't keep it full of food.

This property is either new or undergoing improvements, but this did not interfere with the quality of the property or with how much I enjoyed my stay. The room was spotless and the linens and towels are high quality. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. I had one interaction with the manager (Ron) and he was very nice and answered my question. He also is present and engages with the staff and guests. Great breakfast with a very clean dining and serving area--and here again I found the folks working in the breakfast area attentive to their jobs and to the guests. There was only one elevator working when I was there, but there are not many floors and I never waited more than a few minutes for an elevator.

Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend.

Brand new hotel and it was super nice! Really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and outdoor spaces! Bar was great too and staff were all super friendly! Two recommendations: it is a pet friendly hotel which is awesome, but I would recommend having a “poop bag” station and possibly a designated area for pets to potty. Also bar prices are extremely high - we probably would have hung out in the bar more, but we could easily find other places with more reasonable prices. Overall highly recommend this place though!
