"Overall really nice hotel, staff were abit rude when I asked for extra linen they said I only booked for two people even though my booking said three. Another downside was right next to railway so it got noisy from the tracks of a night time"

"This was the only hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan, where the room size and design were quite close to a standard North American hotel. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and easily accesible via public transit on the Kitahama line if necessary. I also enjoyed the amenities they offered, which included luxurious skin care and face masks. The hotel room bathroom was one level instead of the other cabin type bathroom designs common to Japanese hotels. I believe it was recently renovated, and definitely felt quite modern. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the lobby, as well as the ability to do our own pour overs. I would recommend staying here."

"The staff, the breakfasts, and the room were all incredible. I would absolutely stay at this hotel and recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka. The proximity to everything was perfect, and having the subway right there was ideal. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the hotel. It made our dream vacation a reality and then some."

"Hotel was good , only issue i had is i left a pair of black pants in my room called to see if i can get them & they told me my pants werent there , when there isnt anywhere else they could be unless someone is stealing in the hotel , im also a hotel staff worker so this was a major concern for me that guest can potentially lose things in there room & be told its not there"
