"掃除はされていましたが、畳が茶色で削れてて　部屋の中の襖が破れてはいませんが、茶色のシミがあり　ちょっと匂いがして　とても気分が　良くなかった。お風呂　トイレが共同はとても辛かった。嫌だったので、お風呂には入りませんでした。とても疲れていたので、眠りましたが、早く　立ち去りたい気持ちでいっぱいでした。"

"服務員有禮貌，熱情。旅館偏舊，由旅館行去浴場要行數分鐘，並且是數旅館合用一個浴場。使用人數不多。湯似熱水。不似是溫泉水。無電梯，入房要行一層較高的樓梯。日式早餐味道一般。"

"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. Oh and the views from the rooms are just exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. My only regret is that...

"1st, this is an old and poorly maintained house without the old house charm. 2nd, please add a "Can Not accept any guest older than 55 years old. We were almost denied at check-in due to our age. 3rd, Expedia should not outsource the reservation through another 3rd party platform (Ctrip.com). 4th, English communication is challenged. 5th, it is not price competitive. "部屋の照明が暗く、あまり気分が良くない。よく調べてくればよかった。温泉を楽しみにしていたが別な場所のホテルでした。残念です。 次回は温泉付きの方に泊まりたい。 朝ごはんは、とても美味しく種類があってよかった。"
