The staff were very nice. It’s in a not great area of town. We slept two hours the beds are horrible and super hard and it doesn’t feel like a Hilton. There is no real restaurant no bar. We saw a guy flash a gun at a homeless person and there are a lot of them around the hotel. We won’t stay here again. Checking our early and will likely lose our money since booking through Expedia. We won’t book through Expedia again either you have no protection when a room is bad if you do!

They are a Hilton Standard Plush III mattress and we receive a lot of compliments on their comfort so we apologize that they were not up to your expectations.We do understand you encountered some issues with a homeless person in our city and unfortunately, this problem is in many communities and Yakima is no exception. We are fortunate to have amazing leadership in Yakima that works with local organizations to find support and resources for the homeless community. This has reduced the challenges and we are continuing to work with the city to continually make improvements. We'd stay again. Clean. Quiet. Friendly.
Was a nice one day stay. Clean, quiet, in good area next to bars restaurants. Old, classic style. Private inside parking. Next door has a good breakfast at the Hilton sister hotel.

Discovered a great bakery just around the corner on this trip. The staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly as usual. The room was clean, quiet, and dark. Indoor parking is always a sense of relief and security.

This was such a great experience! The hotel was clean and beautiful, and they offered complimentary glasses of wine at check-in which was such a nice touch. The concierge was so friendly and helpful! I will stay here again if I'm in Yakima.

We loved our stay here! The staff was so kind and accommodating. Their lobby is very classy as well, and offer wine and snacks for purchase. I missed their breakfast most mornings, .ut I heard many people say it was good. The room was very clean and spacious, but they are very quite (no fans), so bring your white noise if you need it, Unfortunately (and not the hotel's fault), the area is highly populated with homeless people, and I was approached many times for different things- smokes, money, a drink, a ride somewhere, cash, etc. I would still recommend this hotel, and look forward to staying there again if I ever make it to Yakima again.

The secure garage was nice. We received two free glasses of wine to enjoy. Although the lobby is upscale, the rooms aren’t so much. Next time we will probably stay at the Hilton Garden Inn across the way which is comparable but not as pricey. Still we were glad we tried the Maison out.

I had emailed a message that we were arriving very late from our concert up the gorge and our reservation was cancelled while we were driving there at 12:30 am. We arrive with no room. We had our confirmation number and they did not honor it. And the office staff behind the desk was cold and unwilling to help us. It was so unprofessional and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dear Kirsten,We are extremely sorry that there were issues with your reservation at our hotel. The reservation that you had made through Expedia did not interface with our system and we did not show any reservations under your name. An Expedia system error prompted the manager to contact Expedia at which time they found two rooms arriving under your name that we did not show in our system. The manager explained this to Expedia who then informed the manager that they would contact you to let you know that the rooms were not showing as available so they would have to relocate the rooms. The hotel had no contact information so Expedia was to contact you directly.Due to being out of the office for a family emergency, I am sorry that I missed you when you arrived to the hotel. I am extremely sorry that this happened and my Director of Operations is working with Expedia to see what happened. The agent felt horrible that she did not have any rooms upon your arrival so I apologize that she was not able to help and seemed unprofessional. We will definitely address this with our team. This situation was due to a system error and I am truly sorry that this affected your experience. We will be working with Expedia to investigate this issue to ensure it does not happen again. We ended up checking in late, so we were given a handicapped room. No problem. The whole facility was well cared for and quiet. We never saw another hotel guest. Would definitely return.

The staff was so helpful. When I arrived, Expedia had not sent my paid reservation to the hotel. The staff advised me how to contact Expedia and worked with them to get my reservation reinstated. The hotel lobby is decorateded with beautiful, original art work of local sceneey. The room was large, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming. I wasn’t impressed with the parking, since I was driving a bigger vehicle I couldn’t park in the parking garage. I had to park where I couldn’t see my vehicle. The shower head was pointing straight down, I’ve never seen one like that before. All in all it was a decent stay.
