"I was glad we had a mandarin speaker with us to call the proprietor when we arrived as we didnt know what to do when everything was locked up. But once we called and he arrived, it was an awesome place to stay. Loved the location in historic Tainan (only street parking a couple blocks away available) and all four of us found it very roomy with a nice shared sitting area/kitchen outside our private room. And free snacks upon arrival. I hope to stay there again some day!"

"This was our favourite hotel stay throughout our trip in Taiwan. The homestay was very cute, located in a quiet alley. It was well stocked, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean. Our host was very attentive and helpful, he even woke up early to order a cab for us when we checked out. Highly recommend Seamoon if you’re in Tainan. "

However, the sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep on. 2.The lounge happy hour service was excellent, with staff assisting in preparing delicious cocktails. "We were at the hotel for one night and City Place Hotel in Tainan did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious and very modern. It was also super helpful to have English speaking staff and concierge service. Staff was very helpful and we were able to leave our baggage for the day after checkout for no extra fee. "
