They didn't disappoint this year with free shuttle service, comfortable and spacious room, delicious breakfast, free self laundry service, and friendly staff. The location is also excellent within short walking distance to several attractions. The hotel was clean with good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was the same as a kind of three star kind of business hotel in the US. The best part was the buffet breakfast. Efficient check In , clean room although a bit humid when first entering the room, had to open the window for air to circulate a bit, fortunately not much of street noise. The hotel does not provide toothpaste and toothbrush which I find it a bit annoying since I check in late at night had to rush out to buy the toiletries from a local convenience store . Other hotels I frequent have an emergency toothbrush kits available at lobby upon request. Front desk people were very helpful and nice. The room is pretty large and very clean with 2 sofas and big comfortable bed. The hotel even leave apple, orange and a banana for guest without any charge. The included buffet breakfast were so good with many kinds food and fruits. They provide free shuttle van to send guest to train station. Less than half hour walking from the train station. They provide shuttle service after 10 a.m., not very useful. No bath tub, spring water, but 2 free drinks after check-in.
