入住期間住高樓層電梯還壞掉，重點是第2晚睡到凌晨三點鐘警鈴突然大響並未即時告知旅客，造成住客恐慌！等到我們自行打電話下去才告知是因別房客人洗澡熱氣觸發警鈴，警鈴過於敏感從評價上看到卻未改善。當日早上與旅店反應未獲得任何補償，或是看見他們的應對措施，攸關性命的事完全感受不到旅店對此事的重視！雖然主管從電梯壞掉到警鈴半夜大響都十(態)分(度)客(散)氣(漫)，但來台南玩再也不會來這間旅店入住了！！！
