All staff we met were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and food quality was very good. Most impressive was that breakfast time starts from 10:00am till noon.

Friendly staff and great location.

We were at the Joho for 11days and was in an 03 unit - with bathtub. Overall experience was fantastic from the front desk to the dining room to room service. Lesley, Lily, Nikki and Ken were super friendly and very accommodating in all ways. We had a lot of running around to do so it was great to come back to a nice hotel to relax. Location was excellent as it was very close to the Kaoshiung Main Station so access to local trains to Tainan, Chiayi, etc. as well as MRT. Overall we would definitely stay here gain when back in Kaoshiung.

Superb stay in the heart of Kaosiung

Superb stay in the center of Kaohsiung city. Easy access to metro stations, shops, night markets and good restaurants. Hotel staffs are all helpful and friendly. The hotel room is nicely designed and decorated. I love the cookies they provide in the room. Shall definitely stay here agian in my next trip to Kaohsiung!

Amazing stay. Thank you to the wonderful and welcoming staff. Every member of staff was helpful and kind. The airline lost our luggage and without asking, a member of staff rang to help track it back to us. The hotel is execeptionally clean. Great AC. Lovely breakfast. The complimentary glass of wine and snacks in the evening were a bonus. Easy walk to the station. Within walking dissrance of a night market. Could not recommend highly enough Thank you to all for such a specual stay.

The hotel is conviently located in walking distance to the Main Train Station. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large with shower and bath tub. The staff is very friendly, however some of the people lack almost any knowlegde of english language.
