The staff were very nice and the services are consistent. They greet each time and will try their hardest to accommodate to your needs. However the hotel itself is pretty outdated. There’s a constant musky and smoke smell in the lobby and in the halls despite the no smoking signs. Since the shared ventilations are connected to every room, if someone smokes in another room, it’ll go into the others. In addition, the walls are PAPER thin. I can hear other guests in their rooms talking and taking showers. Sorry for eavesdropping but I can hear it loud and clear. My first two nights being in this hotel has gotten the toilet clogged which is unfortunate however they offered compensation which I appreciate. I got the wifi activated and password. However it did not work. I could connect to other guests’ wifi. But not on my own. (So sorry neighbors, I took your wifi!!!) The food was mid at most. The food were the same every single day, which I didn’t appreciate. I wish there was more variety. But free breakfast is free. I had 4 meal passes and I only used 2 of them. This is just me being picky, but I wish that there were common rooms or restrooms on each floors. But I understand not having them since it is an older building. I have came across other hotels which I wish I went to instead of this place. Realistically I would not come back.
