Room is big. Some basic necessities could be requested during the stay. Concierge speaks good English and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Since looking at Retro Taipan’s pictures on Google review, I know this is the one. It has a unique appeal with its combination of Japanese vintage and industrial design. Moreover, the location is surrounded by many attractions and delicious foods within walking distance. Above all, its top-notch mention is COMFORT! Room is simply decorated but has all you need. Breakfast is delicious - we had 3 out of the 4 options and all were good. You do need to select specific time for breakfast as the space is limited. Hotel location is convenient and easy access to most places.
