Quite easy to find parking spaces nearby and there are many dining options around. There are basically everything you need inside the house, and the owner is ready to help if you need anything. The only issues is that the stairs inside the house are quite steep (which is a common feature in old houses in Tainan) so be careful if you are staying with young children and elderly. I had a problem with leaving my cell phone in the cab after arranging the cab, but the landlord contacted the cab driver and I was able to get my cell phone back safely.
