Staff spoke little to no english. Not to blame them, just inconvenient for me. They tried to be helpful though Very Noisy, heard the toilet and showers running in neighboring rooms. Breakfast was small but varied and adequate Rooms are small but modern style, cute and clean. Towels were not what you usually find a this kind of hotel, they were very thin. One of my friends stayed in one of my booked rooms who put her wallet in the luggage and zipped during the day, when she came back in the evening, she missed 800 RMB in her wallet. After checked the monitor in the hallway, only the sanitary cleaner accessed the room without my friend's authorization. The hotel rejects our compensation request even though this is the management's fault. L’unico problema è che nessuno dalla reception parlava inglese che trovo sia imbarazzante e grave per una struttura internazionale in una location centralissima. Ogni volta che ci volevamo comunicare c’era solo una persona gentile che ci ha aiutato. Quando abbiamo provato collegarsi all internet non funzionava in lingua inglese e dovevamo associare al numero cinese dei ragazzi della reception.
