"The communication with the provider was completely unprofessional and bordered on deceptive business practices. The booking information clearly stated that check-in instructions would be sent 24 hours before arrival. Nothing was sent. Despite more than ten attempts to contact the company, nobody responded. Only after filing a second complaint with Hotels.com did they finally send the instructions, and that happened in the afternoon on the day of arrival. The address we received was...
