The room seems a bit small but it’s functional and clean. I recommend it for a relaxing stay. The rooms are well isolated, we had neighbors but did not hear them much. The hotel is kids and dogs friendly. The spa is nice, but a bit crowded with children. We were surprised that although there is a sign that children below 12 should not enter, there were plenty of very little kids, also in the pool. Also, keep in mind this is not a ski slope hotel - there is a ski bus and it takes 5 minutes to get to the slope but one cannot ski down from the hotel or ski to the hotel. What we were surprised about is that the parking in front of the hotel is paid. Where else could we leave our car? Die Lage ist toll allerdings im Winter nur mit Allrad oder Ketten erreichbar wenn es geschneit hat. Die Ausstattung ist modern und sehr schön gestaltet. Die Zimmer und alles andere sind sauber und das Essen ist toll. Ligger fantastsikt och är smakfullt inrett med härlig bar, fantastsik utsikt och härlig spa- avdelning. Tyvärr tillåter de hundar på hotellet och har en kanin i lobbyn. Vårt rum var dåligt städat med hundhår överallt vilket vi sa till. Personalen är kass på engelska så beställningen i baren/ restaurangen blir inte alltid vad man tror. Stressande också att personalen hugger din tomma tallrik så fort du tagit sista tuggan eller druckit sista klunken. Så ör det förresten även i Prag, men här i överdrift. Hotellet är toppen, skidåkningen bra. Liftkort mm kostar som hemma. Mycket barnfamiljer så det är stojigt och högljutt men avslappnat. Du kan gå o äta frukost i underställ o ta en drink i morgonrock utan att skämmas.. Le service client est vraiment limite: nous avons du réclamer la carte pour le casier à ski, du papier toilette… Le personnel à la réception et en salle a un anglais très basique et n’est pas très aimable. La chambre n’était pas très propre: enveloppe de bonbons sous le lit, table de chevet avec des taches… Concernant la restauration et le bar, beaucoup de choix mais qualité pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles (sushis et pains secs, À noter quil n’est pas possible de skier au départ de l’hôtel et que le bus pour la station ne passe pas très régulièrement donc ou vous avez une voiture (avec des chaînes!) ou vous prenez un taxi. Quelques points positifs tout de même: La piscine, le jacuzzi, le hamman et l’aire de jeux pour enfants sont top.
