Brilliant hotel in great location

Beautiful location. Hotel is well maintained, staff are very attentive. Room was well equipped with stunning east Mountain View. Breakfast had excellent choices. Spa was great with saunas, swimming pool, water slide, heated pool with hydro massage and outdoor jacuzzi. Would definitely come back. Amazing for families with kids

Great hotel & spa! Hard to reach on the phone.

A really lovely hotel a short ride away from the town center. Great views from breakfast and excellent rooms. I did have trouble getting the front desk to answer the phone and it took a while to find a taxi. I suggest booking a taxi ahead of time if you don’t have a car. Staff were friendly and helpful otherwise!

Language is an issue. A lot of the service team members are not speaking English. The reception team is speaking better English, but it was also not so easy everytime. The hotel has different chargers for electric vehicles. That is really good. It is not possible to book a space there, so you have to wait until one is free. That is not so good. There was a New Year’s Eve party in the hotel we did not want to participate. The hotel was not really flexible so we had to pay for it. That was

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights with 2 kids and enjoyed a lot our stay! Room- The superior suite was very spacious and clean and perfect for a family stay Food- we booked half pension and enjoyed the food a lot. It was fresh and high quality. each one can find something they like. In the morning there is also additional a la carte for some dishes. Kids playroom - was a good addition where kids could play and interact with other kids. During summer holidays kids enjoyed the evening activities with a variety of themes. The swimming pool - was nice and clean, kids loved it, also we, especially the big jacuzzi area. The slide was a great addition! They had some floating accessories for kids if you forgot to bring them, which you can borrow. Parking- for 7 nights there we paid an additional almost 100€ which was a bit annoying since you don't have other options for parking. This was quite an expensive addition just for parking. Wish it was included in the room cost. Service- was great from the restaurant to reception and room service. Everyone was kind and nice. One disadvantage to note- the road to the hotel was not appropriate for this kind of hotel level, I would expect some investment here (see photo) Overall, we would recommend it!

I was very disappointed with the check-in experience. I had reserved a Family Room, but I was given a room on the second floor facing the road. I went back to reception and first asked if it was possible to change the room to one with a mountain view, as we were travelling with a child and did not want to listen to traffic. The receptionist told me that Family Rooms were only available on that side of the hotel. So I then asked if it would be possible to give us a room on a higher floor instead, to at least reduce the noise from the road. She told me that the hotel was fully booked. However, after returning to my room, I checked Expedia and saw that there were still six Family Rooms available, as well as other room categories. This made me feel that I had simply been given incorrect information at reception, which was very disappointing. She simply lied into my face. Another serious issue is the floor around the swimming pool. It is extremely slippery, and I saw several people slipping there. I am honestly surprised that nobody has seriously injured themselves yet. The pool area has a beautiful view of nature, but unfortunately there is also an area with accumulated leaves and rubbish. On the positive side, the breakfast and dinner were very tasty, and the water slide in the pool area was great, especially for children. I also did not like the fact that children are not allowed in the sauna area, as it is restricted to guests aged 16 and over. I do not recommend this hotel.

Amazing breakfast, decent dinner. Hotel is new, rooms are luxurious. Forest Wellness and Spa highly recommended. My only negative feedback would be the paid parking on the premises of the hotel. This should have been free for all guests staying at the hotel.

Hallo, ein sehr gutes Hotel, das Frühstück und das Abend-Buffet waren Perfekt, ich habe selten so gut gegessen 😋. Das einzige Manko, sind die ziemlich teueren Parkplätze für Hotelgäste mit 40 bis 60 zł. pro Tag. Eine andere Parkmöglichkeit gibt es nicht. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr schön, hat etwas zu wenig Liegen, der Sauna- bereich ist auch sehr schön, leider etwas laut und es gibt keinen direkten Zugang nach draußen. Das alles ist aber " jammern auf hohem Niveau "😂 es ist ein wirklich tolles Hotel, das ich jedem empfehlen kann. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 😉
