"Booked for a business trip for 3 nights on the 2nd night i reported the wifi was at 0.06mbs which was unusable so was given access to the staff wifi, 3rd night i reported that was unusable as it kept dropping out. i was met with a shrug of the shoulders by reception and told they could get someone to look at it the next morning (Checking out that morning). There are no fitness facilities available."

"Very old building, yet very charming. Many small sitting areas to read and to relax and they are really very cute. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful. A great experience for me. "

"We were disappointed that the pictures advertising the Walton Hall Hotel & Spa were quite deceptive. The actual hotel is not at all connected to the historic Walton Hall, and the hotel wing and room that we experienced were very worn and in need of a renovation. The pool and fitness room were listed on Expedia as amenities, but these facilities are not owned by the hotel and require payment for use (after registering our complaint, we were given free passes). On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the wifi worked."
