"A great stay with so many pluses: excellent location for walking to the theatre and restaurants; very helpful and friendly staff; large comfortable bed; very clean room; excellent value and choices for breakfast; lovely outside garden and terrace on the river. But...we asked to be moved from our original room because of issues with the bathroom. We were given another room, but there were problems with this bathroom too. Reported to front desk who quickly sent someone up to see what could be done. So dealt with promptly, but for this standard of hotel, there should not really have been problems in the first place. Would not put us off staying again though."
