"Terrible check in. I was forced to handover cash in case of any damages I caused. I’m not sure who usually stays there for this to happen but I’ll not be staying again. I was told this in the T & Cs small print. If I didn’t pay i couldn’t check in and I wouldn’t get a refund from the booking. "
