Very busy weekend but beautiful hotel and great food

We had a fantastic stay, by far the cleanest hotel & room we have stayed in - (& that’s quite a lot!). Excellent food & lovely, helpful staff, Nicole particularly gave top notch service. Very vegan friendly which is hugely appreciated! Gorgeous hotel & decor. Our cosy room was perfect, not really that small either! Highly recommend the afternoon tea - we will be back!

This hotel is worth ten stars, the staff are so professional and friendly, food is amazing, spa is upkept to perfection standards and extremely relaxing, all set in the the most beautiful surroundings. Beds very comfortable, especially the pillows, rooms are large and when you drive away from this piece of heaven, you start booking your next stay in your mind.

Excellent scenic location next to the river. Amazing breakfast choices. Evening meals were always very good and sometimes exceptional. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would hope to return.

Lovely place to stay - beautiful part of Bath, we walked everywhere with ease,(galleries, shops, cinema, restaurants etc) and they serve a fantastic breakfast. Sweet staff.

Perfect getaway for the busy town of Bath. All hotels are pricey so it is very much worth pushing out the boat a bit and getting your money's worth

A stylish, bright, well appointed restful space with attractive garden & loungers. Upgraded tech TV's and thoughtful retro Music Cassettes, & kids videos. Plus a helpful welcoming Landlord reception. A faultless holiday - excellent local pubs, Country N Trust or just whizz into Bath. We'll be back.

I arrived around 18:00 due to heavy traffic in the area, the welcome was very pleasant, I was shown to my room with an offer of assistance with my luggage which wasn't necessary but a welcome gesture all the same. The room was very comfortable with a very modern en-suite. I booked a table to eat an evening meal which was nothing short of excellent. A very comfortable sleep was followed by a lovely cooked breakfast. Checkout was very easy with no fuss. In short, a very pleasant overnight...

This is without doubt the quirkiest and nicest place we have ever visited. The decor and art work is amazing. The staff are exceptional. Each room has a different theme, art work and accessories. It's amazing just to look around the place. They have fantastic chandeliers and the reception area is a must to see. The beds are difficult to get out of. So confortable. The most friendly place I've stayed at. Debbee is the most accommodating host. Wonderful location, easy walk into town & canal walk. Amazing choice of breakfast & comfortable room - beds. Would definitely stay there again.
