"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. "

"Our experience was perplexing from the start, with directions so inadequate that we had to ask the way. When we arrived I was attacked by geese at large in the grounds. Despite profuse apologies from the owner's wife, and the geese then confined to a wired pen, the owner said he wouldn't be lectured, walking away when I offered some advice on the facilities. "Can’t fault the staff. They were lovely and went out of their way however: No hot water in the morning Blocked drains TV didn’t work No sanitary bin Stains on the ceiling Uncomfortable bed Thin walls Incredibly noisy but ineffective flush This could just be bad luck and I give the benefit of the doubt here. As I say, staff were super helpful and I’m sure with some investment and effort it could be great."
