"Not only was the VRBO in great shape, clean, and updated, but it was also close to all surrounding amenities (UD, Downtown Dayton, UD Arena). It was perfect for our group, and Keith was very responsive and accommodating. I can confirm we will stay again our next time around Dayton if the house is available!"

"The accommodations met our expectation in terms of providing all the necessities at the right price. Street parking for our oversized vehicle was available right outside of the house’s front door. The ring cam offered a feeling of safety since it pointed at our vehicle overnight. Utilities all worked appropriately. Communication with Sam, the host, was prompt and professional. House was well stocked with needed items (towels, bedding, hair dryer, and everyday kitchen items). Bedding, towels, bathrooms, and kitchen appliances were all very clean. The house overall is well-loved in terms of cosmetics which was ok for us since we traveled with our kids and didn’t want to worry about a scratch or scuff. Overall, it worked perfectly for our stay. "Not exactly sure of my check-in date, but it was spring of 2025 for my daughter’s sororities “Mom’s weekend”. The place was clean and fairly updated. The area was safe. Super close the UD. Nothing bad to say."
