"I really enjoyed my stay. The staff at the front desk, bar and restaurant, the valet were fantastic; so personable and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed and pillows so comfortable. I felt completely safe and cared for. I would highly recommend valet for parking; an additional expense but worth it. Beautiful hotel."

"Great spot for a family gathering. There are 20 steps to the 2nd floor that could be a challenge for some. There's a bedroom on the ground floor as well. The house next door is being rennovated, so street parking is currently at a premium. Room for two cars in alley in back of house. Plenty of K cups for early morning coffee. Walkable neighborhood with historic homes in South Park. More forks and spoons needed. Amazing kitchen, great gas stove. Comfortable rooms, bathrooms and greatnwater pressure. Would stay again when in Dayton. Thanks!"

"The house is spacious and clean. The linens and towels are very nice and the beds are very comfortable. The hosts are wonderful and responsive to all questions and requests. Overall, it was the perfect home base for our extended family during our visit to see Granny in Kettering."

"We stayed here for our wedding in Dayton and booked it for our wedding party traveling from out of town. It was absolutely perfect! The house had plenty of beds and space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was clean, cozy, and just what we needed for a busy wedding weekend. The location is also super convenient, especially being so close to UD. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!"
