Beautifully renovated, maintains some old charm, incredible kitchen. Please note that this is a 2 storey home with an accessible attic and basement that are available. The first floor has the living room and full size kitchen, a coats closet. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The attic has an office space, a playroom and available inflatable mattresses if needed. We had a 24 month old and adults. There are two cribs, a pack and play, and a room that is perfect for children to play. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table for 6 is fantastic for family meals. The kitchen is stocked with spices which we cooked with. Three steps into the house from private parking makes the house easily accessible. Communication with the owner is flawless and immediate. I highly recommend this property! We thought we might have had two additional family members who would have been very comfortable if they had been able to join us. The towels were plush and soft, the pillows were fluffy and the mattresses were comfortable. Could have cooled for a crowd in the spacious kitchen. ##### Celeste S. The road noise was terrible. Racers all night long in the nearby street. Neighbors running a pickup starting it over and over until 3am trying to fix something. I didnt sleep more than 5 mins on the night before my birthday. Told the owner I was leaving on the first day and never received a response. No offer of refund or even an apology. The house isnt as nice as pictured such as the tiger striped worn carpet on the stairs. The nicest bathroom is in the basement. Its a half complete flip job. ##### Karl G. We are more accostom to country life but we're in town for a wedding. The sirens of the emergency vehicles and the neighbors fighting in the street corner (it is located next door to what appears to be an apartment building) and the dogs barking kept us awake. The house was remodeled very well. It is pretty. There is no downstairs bathroom if that matters to anyone. The beds are very comfortable. The home was very clean. The furniture was nice and tastefully done. Instructions to control the thermostat would have been wonderful. It was warm when we got there and cold another time. I'm sure a more tech savvy person would better know how to control it. The owner is fantastic at responding and very nice. Overall I give it four out five. A little bit quieter if a neighborhood would earn it five out five. ##### Brian R.
