Beautiful home located in the Dayton Historic Districts South Park neighborhood. Only a few steps from the best Dayton has to offer: Miami Valley Hospital, The University of Dayton, latest shops, restaurant and plenty of night life. A short drive to Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Home has been updated this year and is very tasteful. Home is fully furnished with beautiful decor. Comes with WI-fi, Fire stick TV. This was a perfect place to stay for our visit to Dayton. The property was very nice and clean. It is in a great location with a grocery store and gas station right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our visit in Dayton

This is a nice, comfortable home close to the UD community and attractions. The neighborhood is very quiet with very little traffic. Street parking was always available. We would recommend this property for short visits to the UD area.

This small, tidy house was in a quiet neighborhood with easy on-street parking and only two miles from University of Dayton's basketball arena. Restaurants and stores within two blocks.

Amazing Little Gem

We rented this for our Kids and grandchildren. The house was clean - well situated - close to everything and just as the photos describe. the host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would rent again!

Mike was a great host, easy chk in/out. Good location not far from most local areas, everything was 2 to 8 min away by car. Clean comfortable stay. There were quite a few homeless with a bus stop near by, but did'nt have any real issues.

The host was absolutely amazing. Helpful, available, and very kind. The property was lovely. Clean, easy location to find. Parking was street, but we didn't have a problem with it. The decor was all matching inside. Not a ghost of a mess to be found. Vibe was cozy and homey. The beds were comfortable. We all mentioned wanting to buy one for home. It was close to a number of shops, stores, and restaurants. We took a stroll to Ghost Cafe. I would highly recommend this property, and would be more than willing to stay again.

Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful.

Very nice stay!

We were looking for a place to stay for Easter weekend and Mike's place fit the bill. It had everything we needed - location, a safe area, plenty of on-street parking, a comfortable interior for the family, and a very responsive host. We're looking forward to our next stay!
