"Right from the start, our experience was great ! Everything was as described. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating and did a great job ! The friendly message and treats from the manager was very much appreciated. It was very close to shopping and literally anything else you would need. It is just a min off the 401 highway. A very short drive (5-10 min) to the heart of downtown Kingston and the waterfront. All in all our experience was stellar and we will definitely stay here again and also at other locations of the Courtyard Marriott. Thanks to all the great staff at the Courtyard Marriott for making our stay amazing !!! "
