"Rooms were spotless, little breakfast room bright and air, staff very friendly and helpful. We were having trouble getting my husband’s walker upstairs to front lobby but staff came. immediately to help .@"

"All was great but there was no hot water so we had to take cold showers. Brittany at front desk was phenomenal and made up for the issue but the actual maintenance mgr who we ran into in the elevator on our way out was useless. Will stay there again this was a one off."

"Staff was great but room was in need of repair and cleaning. Bathroom fan hanging out of ceiling, broken bathroom door handle, dirt in corners of room and bathroom as well as dead mosquito type bugs on bathroom ceiling. There was hair in one bed that didn’t belong to us as well as stains on couch."
