"Our only small issue was that the bathroom floor was kind of messy..including a contact someone lost from their eye ha. The pool was also dirty with debris and a bandaid. There were no pool towels stocked so I had to go out to the lobby to request them. The staff was very nice, the location was great. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in this style hotel. We would book again. "

Whoever was on desk when we checked in Friday evening went above and beyond my expectations to ensure our comfort all evening long- I wish I'd gotten her name. Housekeeping very professional and helpful I was juggling a large breakfast tray and they very kindly let me in my room instead of me having to juggle everything to get key to get in( it's these little things people don't notice that count- like the dietary kitchen getting me a tray when I was struggling to take our breakfast to room) I travelled with my 16 yr old dog and I couldn't leave her alone long enough to eat in dining room. I always stay at Hampton Inn if there is one near where I need it."
