"Clean room , amazing staff easy parking "

"Everything was great. A bit of wear/damage on bathroom baseboard near the floor in 1029. Looks like water damage. Staff was amazing! Especially Emily at breakfast (which was delicious)."

"Great hotel for an overnight stay, especially if you have an early flight out of Heathrow. It's 2 mins walking distanct to the terminal and it is all connected by a bridge which means you will never have to venture outside to get to T5. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are great!"

"Room was lovely, quite, bed comfy and the breakfast excellent. Only a 5 min walk to terminal 4 which is very handy, will use them again when we visit from Canada."

"Room was clean and tidy, plenty of space. Towels, toiletries are provided. The room also has a kettle, tea, coffee, and a smart TV which you can cast to. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is plenty of lounge space and activities on the ground floor. Lovely stay!"

"Checkin was straight forward, we had a nice warm welcome from the staff. The reception area was nice and warm, and very well presented. Our room was a family room with a small balcony overlooking the woods. The room was warm, with some supplementary heating if needed. Nicely decorated, with 2 queen doubles, the bed linen was super soft and cosy. We slept very well. The bathroom was clean and had all the things you would expect to find in a bathroom. The dining area was very impressive, you choose to sit in the bar area, conservatory, or the dining room. Very nicely presented , the waiting on staff were very helpful. The evening menu was good and the food was cooked and presented nicely. There was also a children's menu. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of choice. Would have been a 5 star review except for the coffee stains on the wall in the bedroom,and dirty marks on the curtains. ( Attention to detail) Great stay would recommend for anyone visiting Legoland. "
