Hotel staff very attentive and helpful, the room was gorgeous with the most comfortable bed! Yes there is building work going on but didn't distract from our stay. Site is in a brilliant location for cycling routes (cycled on the lancaster canel tow path and along an off traffic route all the way into morcombe). Friendly helpful staff ."
