There was a mishap at checkin where momey was overdrawn from my account that shouldn't have been but the hotel was sure to make it right quickly. The room was clean, well stocked and beautifully laid out. The hotel itself was clean and enjoyable however my party wish that it included a continental breakfast so we could spend more time enjoying the other amenities. Our stay was enjoyable and I'm sure we will be back again!

Great stay for the whole family
We stayed at the resort as a mid-way point to other activities around the state so we didn't get a chance to experience the water park. We do plan to go back and I would definitely stay here again! I enjoyed the separate bedrooms and bathrooms, this helped since we were traveling with my parents. I really enjoyed the bathroom products that were supplied. The pillows weren't very comfortable, so next time I will bring my own. Otherwise, everything was great and Jesse is a great asset to the property.

The place was great but the weather rsined a lot an the indoor water park was not available due to remodeling but I cannot complain. If Iive long enough to go back I will an I recommend this hotel to one and all.

Great place for families to stay
The check in was fast and easy. The location is perfect right across from Mt. Olympus and everything we did was within a 5-10 min drive. The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly!

Overall a nice place to stay very close to Mt. Olympus. Needs some updating in rooms, etc. Not Hotels fault but indoor water park at Mt Olympus closed and it was a rainy weekend

Our main bedroom air conditioner was not working, we never got clean towels even after requesting them, the indoor water park was closed down with no communication about it. The outdoor water park has many attractions not open for guests to use. Highly disappointed

Unfortunately, the water park is not part of our resort and we are not given advanced notice if they are going to be closed. The Odyssey Dells is a wonderful resort to vacation. It's off the beaten path which is great for relaxation. But it is close to all attractions and restaurants. This resort has excellent home style amenities featuring bedrooms with full kitchen! The lobby also have a coffee machine with espresso, lattes and hot chocolate!! Awesome! Staff was friendly and welcoming. We were even able to check in very early😊 We will definitely return
