"Had a lovely stay here & would definitely stay again as felt very much a home away from home.
As soon as you walk in you can see that the photos really didn't do the place justice, we were very impressed.
We felt very relaxed there & it had everything we needed including a travel cot & high chair.
Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"The location was good and free parking.
The rooms looked nothing like the photos. Everything looked like it was from the 80's and very worn.
If we were staying longer than 1 night I would have tried to find somewhere better"
"This is a poor hotel - Given a room where the bathroom was in mid construction with panels off and a silicon gun sitting in the bath!
Staff wanted to nickel and dime you to death - £20 extra to check in one hour early, £5 to rent a locker to store your bag for an hour when checking in/out (no other options), charges for towel for the pool, the list went on. Receptionist not friendly.
Hotel needs some money spent on it - only made up for slightly by the lovely ladies at breakfast."
"Our room was very nice ( a suite ) and very well presented and clean.
Staff were generally pleasant and did sort out the problems we encountered during our stay to the best of their ability.
Breakfast was chaotic and not very well organised, tables not re-set, items missing and not replaced, had to keep asking for certain things.
The first few days the dinner menu was poor but they then presented a better menu with more choice towards the end of our week but the website shows it differently.
A superb location for the beach and walks.
Unfortunately the hotel inside pool needs refurbishment so not too pleasant to swim in at the moment.
Generally the hotel needs updating in certain areas."
"Nice room with balcony and distant sea view. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to enjoy some of the facilities on offer. Bathroom was pretty good with a shower over the bath. Controls were a little stiff and difficult, not at all intuitive to use but there was plenty of hot water. Bed was on the hard side but comfortable enough. My only complaint would be the distance between the bed and the wall making it difficult to get out, particularly at night. Not helped by the large picture hanging right where you need to walk, very easy to knock as you squeeze past in the dark. Dinner was a set menu and was quite good but with limited choice made even more limited on a Sunday if you did not wish to have a roast, two of the five options, fortunately we did. Breakfast was a very good hot buffet. We were certainly set up for the day. Would I stay again? Probably, yes."
"Stayed in one of the newly renovated cottage rooms, absolutely lovely place and very helpful staff, only downside is there was little on site parking so it took us ages to get parked and all the off site parking was full too but hotel 5/5 would 100% stay again"
"Good family room. Ac was working fine. No minibar fridge in room. Asked room service to clean the room after 2 night stay and went out but it was untouched when I came back. Breakfast was ok. Pool was good. But spa facilities busy most of the time. Reception staff were very helpful. Overall good stay."
"Really loved the property...it was beautiful and exceptionally clean. the hotel is really amazing with excellent facilities. However i was a little disappointed that although when i booked it included continental breakfast but when i got to the hotel i was told that breakfast was not included."
