Hotel is very conveniently located near the B29 highway. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were recently renovated and clean, but a bit small for two people...at least for my taste. For a short business trip, great place to spend the night

Nice business type hotel next to a great restaurant. Also access to a real gym next door. Reception unmanned after 8pm, so try to get before then. you can telephone a 24 hour number

OK fro 1 night only
Extremely basic and cheap. You get what you pay for. Room was clean and functional. The breakfast was as basic as the room and the breakfast area tiny and unattractive. Location is good being just off the main highway and its easy to find. Have stayed here before and may do so again - but only for one night.

Zum einen sind wir keine "Pension", sondern ein 3-Sterne Hotel, zum anderen haben wir Ihnen schon am Telefon erklärt, dass wir kein eigenes Restaurant haben, aber sich direkt nebenan ein sehr gutes Restaurant befindet (Buschle Winterbach), zu dem die Gäste nur durch die Hotellobby laufen und dadurch noch nicht einmal ins Freie treten müssen. Wo also liegt Ihr Problem, damit Sie den rufschädigenden Ausruf "Obacht!" von sich geben??? Bitte wählen Sie das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel, sollten Sie mal wieder im schönen Remstal sein - Danke! Gerne nehme ich Bezug auf Ihre Kritikpunkte und Ihren Kommentar "Sehr einfach und leider laut": "Sehr einfach" ist unser Hotel absolut nicht. Das Design ist stringent, geradlinig und funktionell gehalten, absolut skandinavisch eben. Klare Linien und Formen, gepaart mit warmen Farben, sind das wesentliche Merkmal des skandinavischen Stils. Wir wollten ganz bewusst keinen heutzutage fast überall zu findenen Alpenland-Flair oder Plüsch-Chichi aus den 70er-Jahren. "Laut" ist das Hotel selbst nicht. Eine höhere Geräuschkulisse haben Sie nur, wenn Sie die Kategorie "EZ Basic" buchen (günstigste Zimmer), die teilweise am Aufzug/Treppenhaus oder zur Straßenseite hin liegen. Da Sie leider anonym bewertet haben, kann ich nicht sagen, ob Sie eines dieser Zimmer gebucht hatten. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal am Empfang sehr hilfsbereit. Nur die Raumbeduftung im Bad und Zimmer fand ich etwas zu aufdringlich.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr guter Ausstattung
Hotel ist schön. Leicht zu finden mit genügend kostenloser Parkplätze. Ein Kraftraum befindet sich links vom Hotel und ist kostenlos zu nutzen. Das Hotel befindet sich neben einer Bundesstraße die nach Stuttgart führt, am Kreisel direkt in die Ortschaft und einer Waschstraße dahinter. Dies soll jedoch niemanden erschrecken denn ab 20:00 Uhr kann mann mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Es gibt wohl Zimmer die vom Haupt-Treppenhaus zu erreichen sind. Solch ein Zimmer hatte ich auch, aber die Hotelgäste hat mann ebenfalls kaum gehört. Frühstück sehr gut mit großer Auswahl. Für Geschäftsreisende sehr zu empfehlen.

Bei Buchung extra um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, bekommen habe ich eins neben dem Aufzug und Getränkeautomaten, die Waschanlage, besonders die Trocknung hörte man sehr schön bei offenem Fenster. Zimmer kahl, nicht wohnlich und der Frühstücksraum hat Raststättenatmosphäre. Muss man nicht mehr haben

Gestatten Sie mir ein paar Anmerkungen zu Ihren Kritikpunkten: Es stimmt, dass Sie um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten haben. Da Sie aber ein Basic-Einzelzimmer gebucht haben (günstigste Kategorie) und wir zum Zeitpunkt Ihres Aufenthalts ausgebucht waren, konnten wir Ihnen kein anderes Zimmer anbieten. Zudem steht auf auch in dem Portal, über das Sie gebucht haben, dass z.B. Zimmerwünsche an das Hotel nicht automatisch und auch nur nach Verfügbarkeit erfüllt werden. Da sich unser Hotel in einem Gewerbegebiet und dort auch eine Tankstelle mit Waschanlage befindet, können wir für von dort aufkommende Geräusche nicht wirklich etwas. Bzgl. Zimmer- & Frühstücksraum-Design: Wir verfolgen das sogenannte skandinavische Konzept-Design, welches mit klaren, einfachen Formen ohne viel Firlefanz auskommt, dafür aber warme Farben und viel Holz- und Holzdekor-Elemente aufweist. Innenarchitekt war ein Skandinavier, die Ehefrau unseres GF ist Schwedin - die wussten, was sie bei der Renovierung und Umgestaltung taten. Viele unserer Gäste loben uns gerade auch deswegen, weil dies so erfrischend anders als der herkömmliche Hotel-Einheitsbrei in Sachen Stil ist. Aber und zum Glück sind Geschmäcker verschieden ;-) Wir freuen uns trotz Ihrer negativen Kritik, wenn wir bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt im schönen Remstal wieder Ihr Gastgeber sein dürfen. Wunderbarer Service, Gutes Frühstück vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Personal TOP. Zimmer war etwas laut, weil es direkt am Treppenaufgang war.
