The Vintage Hotel
The front office staff was efficient, but definitely not warm and friendly. No warm greetings and no smiles. I spent a career in Customer Service and I think they need more work. The hotel advertised a heated pool. There was nothing heated about that pool.

Best Western Alpenglo Lodge
It was a bargain compared to other locations and the property showed this. We enjoyed the stay and would consider it again but I might lean toward paying a bit more to get more.

Zephyr Mountain Lodge
Check in was the worst experience, you have to download and app, yet you still need interaction with the front desk. Staff are great, super helpful but the check in is a nightmare. Luxury Downtown Condo - Private Hot Tub! Walk to Dining and Ski Bus...
We had a group of 3 adult couples, 1 adult single and two kids. This place was perfect...Easy access to shuttle busses for skiing, shopping, dinning. Our family with 9 really enjoyed stating in this beautiful home in Winter Park!
