"We were the only guests during Mud Season. No restaurants open on the mountain. I lowered the raing only because our heat would not turn off and the hotel does not offer air conditioning. Awesome hot tub. It has a couple of jets that need adjustment."

"Arrow River Front Villa is the perfect place to stay with a large group in Winter Park. The number of bedrooms allowed our 3 families to spread out and have their own space. The large gathering space also allowed us to come together for meals and games. The staff was also very responsive to our needs and came within the hour when we needed a new coffee pot. The location is also great allowing easy access to the slopes as well as walking around downtown. I highly recommend Arrow River Front Villas!"

"Everything in the advertisement of this beautiful townhouse was accurate. I’d even say it was better than the pictures and its description. Clean, spacious, comfortable well maintained. Perfect location! The host/owner was attentive and communicative with me during the arrangement, booking through check-in and checkout. Every one in our party enjoyed the experience. Thank you Bob! "Definitely a 5 star stay for us. The condo was very clean and well stocked with all that you could need for a short or long stay. The location for us was perfect, 5 minutes to the ski area at Winter Park, walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops, and a short car ride to the grocery and activities for the days that we did not ski. Our hosts (Sylvie and Bo) were readily available before, during and after our stay to make sure that all was well and to respond to any needs or questions that we had. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the Winter Park area. "
