"Rustic cabin in the woods overlooking Grand Lake, CO. Very basic but clean cabins and good food and service at the onsite restaurant, which comes with amazing views. However, a major fail with pool towels, which were unavailable at pool opening at 9 am. Evidently staff picked up the dirty towels ..."

"Coffee service e was set up in the room. But no cups. I checked with front desk. “We no longer provide coffee cups”. WHAT? That was crazy I thought I wanted coffee but had to drive back to town. Unbelievable Pool and hot tubs were awesome"
